I am the owner of Restore Fitness. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. To further my education, I received a specialization in Women's Fitness from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and became a Certified Yoga Teacher. I have a strong passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
My goal is to provide my clients with personalized fitness plans and training sessions that are tailored to their unique wants and needs. I believe that everyone has the potential to be their best selves, and I am committed to empowering women throughout every stage of life.
