Join us in a 6-week, small-group postpartum exercise program
Whether you're newly postpartum or years into your journey and seeking the confidence to return to exercise, this small group class will provide moms with the tools they need for a safe return to movement.
In this small group class, we will focus on restoring core function, supporting pelvic floor health, and regaining strength. Through expert-guided exercises and targeted movements, you'll receive personalized attention in a supportive, intimate setting, helping you build confidence and feel empowered in your postpartum journey.

Empowerment through expert instruction in a nurturing environment
The empower:postpartum class will be lead by Jenn Baehr, PTA who has extensive knowledge and experience in treating and training postpartum women. Outside of her speciality in pelvic floor physical therapy, she is also a certified personal trainer, a Pelvis Pro and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a fitness nutrition consultant.
